Healthy Living for all your Years
Welcome to the Health Corner.
My name is Mary and I am glad you’ve come to visit.
I believe being healthy is a
gift we give our family.
Being able to enjoy playing
with my Grandchildren in the
yard, and cooking meals that
everyone enjoys are a few
of my pleasures of daily life.
I enjoy painting and writing
too, and will be adding a few
of my poems as the Poems
and Art Blog grows.
